Cowon iAudio F1: review
Michael Degnan has reviewed this flash-based MP3-player from Cowon, the iAudio F1. The Cowon iAudio F1's OLED (128x64 pixels) is bright, active, and easy to read, although color is limited to only blue and orange.
Pro's:
- includes an FM tuner/recorder
- voice and line-in recording
- OGG support
- excellent sound quality
- compact, unique race car design
Cons:
- a little pricey
- lacks DRM support
- None of the other announced colors and capacities will be available
- The device also has subpar battery life, the USB/power cable is proprietary, and line-in recording maxes out at 128Kbps.
