iPod Mini with Flash memory
Apple Computer Inc. plans to buy as much as 40 percent of the NAND flash output of Samsung Electronics Co. in the second half of this year.
Rumours indicate Apple may launch a new flash-based iPod mini player with a 4GB capacity. This may be a problem for other NAND flash customers.
